RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ichikowitz Family International Tefillin Bank & Kosher Wilderness present

1. THE RAFFLE

The Ichikowitz Family International Tefillin Bank, together with Kosher Wilderness (the “Organizers”), is offering one winner an extraordinary South African luxury safari experience.

Tickets are US$180 each, with a maximum of 500 tickets available for sale.

2. THE PRIZE

The winning ticket includes:

INTERNATIONAL AIR TRAVEL FOR TWO (2)

Round-trip international economy-class airfare for two people to Johannesburg, South Africa.

The airfare allowance is calculated on the basis of travel from New York to Johannesburg, with a maximum value of US$2,000 per ticket, or US$4,000 total for two tickets.

If the winner chooses to travel from another international departure city, the airfare will be subject to the same maximum allowance of US$2,000 per person, based on fares at the time. Any airfare cost above the applicable allowance will be the responsibility of the winner.

South African residents can claim the equivalent cash prize in place of the tickets.

THREE NIGHTS AT MOLORI SAFARI LODGE

Accommodation for up to 4 people (2-bedroom) in the Molelo Villa at the ultra-luxury Molori Safari Lodge in the malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve, South Africa.

5-STAR KOSHER WILDERNESS CATERING

Glatt Kosher catering provided by Kosher Wilderness during the safari portion of the prize.

Kosher certified by the South African Beth Din.

THREE NIGHTS IN JOHANNESBURG

Three nights at a Capital Hotel in Johannesburg, for up to four people. The sponsor will determine which Capital Hotel.

COMPLIMENTARY TRANSFERS

Complimentary transfers between Johannesburg and the safari lodge, as arranged by the Organizers.

3. TEFILLIN IMPACT

This raffle does more than offer an incredible prize—it helps put Tefillin on Jewish men around the world.

For every three (3) raffle tickets sold, the Ichikowitz Family International Tefillin Bank will distribute one (1) set of Tefillin.

The Ichikowitz Family will MATCH every set distributed by the Tefillin Bank.

Therefore:

EVERY 3 TICKETS SOLD = 2 SETS OF TEFILLIN DISTRIBUTED

This means that a purchase of a raffle ticket helps support the distribution of Tefillin while giving the purchaser a chance to win an extraordinary South African experience.

4. DRAW DATE

The currently scheduled raffle draw date is October 19, 2026.

The Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to change, postpone, extend or otherwise modify the raffle closing date and/or draw date. Any change will be communicated through the Organizers' designated communication channels.

5. WINNER SELECTION

One winning ticket will be selected at random from all eligible, fully paid entries received by the applicable closing date.

The winner will be contacted using the information provided when purchasing the ticket.

If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, fails to provide the required information, or is determined to be ineligible, the Organizers may select an alternate winner, subject to applicable law.

6. TRAVEL DATES

It is anticipated that the winner must book a date by August 1, 2027. For purposes of clarity, the date of travel can be after this date, subject to availability and as long as it is booked within this time frame.

The travel dates will be arranged in consultation with the winner and are subject to availability at Molori Safari Lodge, the Johannesburg hotel and airlines.

No blackout dates have been imposed.

The Organizers reserve the right to establish a required travel period and applicable blackout dates.

7. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

Unless specifically stated above, the prize does not include passports, visas, travel insurance, excess baggage, personal expenses, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, additional excursions, additional accommodation, meals outside the specified Kosher Wilderness catering, or costs arising from changes requested by the winner.

Any airfare exceeding the US$2,000 per-person allowance is the responsibility of the winner.

8. PRIZE CONDITIONS

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

If the winner is unable or unwilling to travel, no cash alternative will be provided unless otherwise determined by the Organizers or required by law.

9. ELIGIBILITY

Participation is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction in which the ticket is purchased.

The Organizers reserve the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant or winner.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Organizers and persons directly involved in administering the raffle may be excluded from participation.

10. FORCE MAJEURE / CHANGES

The Organizers reserve the right, where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law, to modify or substitute elements of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make the original arrangement unavailable.

11. TAXES

Any taxes, duties or reporting obligations arising from the prize are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing a raffle ticket, the entrant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
